Project Description
This was a design challenge to mitigate time zone changes for working professionals. My approach was a calendar flow and interface that was smart enough to suggest meeting times, accounts for changing time zones, and could proactively work for the user to make sure they are always on time for their meetings.
The challenge was centered around an individual that would travel 3 out of 4 weeks of every month and almost alway internationally. Between all the travel to different time zones and a busy meeting schedule in different cities, the individual constantly finds it challenging to show up to the right place at the right time.
Over 30 screens were created for this challenge, the selected screens are the key highlights.
